Case Study: Horizontal Anodizing Line 1000 Tons / Month

This project delivered by Guangdong MEI-AL Technology is a complete horizontal anodizing line with 1000 tons monthly capacity. The client is a medium aluminum extrusion manufacturer, planning a new anodizing workshop for architectural and industrial aluminum profiles.

Client Challenges: Existing workshop with limited ceiling height, vertical anodizing line not feasible; need continuous mass production while complying with local environmental emission standards. MEI-AL Solution: Adopt horizontal tank layout to lower height requirement. The complete line integrates automatic control system, bath circulation & cooling, acid fume treatment system. It supports full sulfuric anodizing, electrolytic coloring and sealing, with designed stable output of 1000 tons aluminum profiles monthly.
