High-quality automatic aluminum anodizing production line with monthly capacity of 800 tons for professional surface treatment applications. Features customizable size handling from 1-6500mm and excellent abrasion resistance.

Production Process Overview

The aluminum anodizing process involves immersing cleaned and acid-etched aluminum products into an anodizing tank where electrical current is applied. This process forms a uniform aluminum oxide film layer on the product surface. Prior to anodizing, aluminum products undergo thorough cleaning and acid etching to remove surface contaminants including oil stains, oxide layers, and other impurities.
